Changes from release 1.0.1 to 1.0.2
1. TrafficObjects kept some database connections open longer than necessary.
2. TrafficObjects Client tried to fetch chart series data from the customer data source database, not TrafficObjects'
database.
3. Create new client user from GUI was failing
